Facilities for Rent

Tri-Service Lounge
The Unit 38 lounge is a great spot to hold birthday or retirement parties or even a steak night fundraiser  With space to accommodate up to 80 people, guests have access to dart boards, pool tables and shuffleboards. Groups booking on Friday and Saturday evening can also enjoy great music by local bands. The lounge is wheelchair accessible. 

Ensign Room
The Ensign Room is the perfect location for weddings, banquets and meetings with room to accommodate up to 320 people. The space includes a bar and large dance floor. Wedding and Meeting Packages are available. The Ensign Room is wheelchair accessible. Contact us at anavets38@gmail.com for a Ensign Room Rental Package.

Lounge Kitchen
Located in the lounge, Brurae's Kitchen provides canteen service on Friday from 6:00 - 8:00 pm and Saturday from 4:00 - 7:00 pm.

Ladies Auxiliary Weekly Bingo

Mondays (except stat holidays) from September - June
Bingo starts at 12:30 pm
Doors open at 11:00 am

Along with Bingo, you’ll find:

Parking is available in our lot but if full, parking is available behind the building for $8. Bring in your 1/2 parking stub and we will pay your parking (back lot only).

ANAVETS Unit 38 Cribbage Tournament

Grab a partner and head to Unit 38 for the cribbage tournament and draws.
Fee: $20.00 per team
Payout: 90% of registration revenue
Meat Draw: 3 draws @ approx. $45.00 value
50/50 Draws

Gift Card & 50/50 Draws

Our $25 Co-op gift card draws and 50/50 take place year round. Stop by the Club for your chance to win gift cards and the 50/50 pot.
* On Fridays, draws take place from 7:00 – 9:00
pm. Three draws take place with three gift
cards given out during each draw.
* On Saturdays, five draws take place with three
gift cards given out during each draw.
Saturday’s draws take place from 3:00 – 6:00
pm.

Kaiser Tournament

Chase The Queen

Each week you can buy tickets for a chance to cut the queen of hearts and win the prize money.

Tickets: $2 each

Total prize value is 50% of sales to a maximum of $20,000

Ticket sales take place Saturdays from 3:30 - 5:30 pm. Draw at 6:00 pm

Ticket sales conclude: May 16, 2026 at 5:30 pm
